The Top Management Training Membership – 3 Months is a license-based access to the Improve system for senior executives who need rapid, targeted leadership improvement. It provides advanced assessments, a structured Personal Development Plan (PDP), and milestone tracking — but must be run in addition to a separate trainer-led program to ensure guided learning and practical application.

CEOs, C-level executives, business owners, and senior directors who must focus on high-priority leadership areas and deliver measurable results quickly.

What you can do

• Complete a 360° Executive Leadership Assessment to identify urgent development needs.

• Establish a Personal Development Plan (PDP) with:

  • Clear short-term leadership goals.

  • Defined actions to achieve them.

  • Milestone performance evaluations.

• Use the Improve system to track goals, log leadership activities, and monitor KPIs.

One-on-One Meetings & Milestone Reviews

• Frequency: 3 meetings, 1 hour each, every 4 weeks.

• Purpose:

  1. Review PDP goals and actions.

  2. Assess KPI progress.

  3. Adjust actions for the next milestone.

3-Month Focus

• Target 2–3 high-priority leadership areas.

• Achieve measurable improvement in a short period.

• Build habits that can be sustained after the program.
