What you can do

  • Complete a 360° Executive Leadership Assessment to identify urgent development needs.

  • Establish a Personal Development Plan (PDP) with:

    • Milestone performance evaluations.

  • Use the Improve system to track goals, log leadership activities, and monitor KPIs.


One-on-One Meetings & Milestone Reviews

  • Frequency: 3 meetings, 1 hour each, every 4 weeks.

    3. Adjust actions for the next milestone.


3-Month Focus
