One-on-One Meetings & Milestone Reviews

• Frequency: 9 meetings, 1 hour each, every 4 weeks.

• Purpose:

  1. Review PDP actions and service performance.

  2. Assess KPI impact on client satisfaction.

  3. Adjust strategies to maintain improvement.
