What you can do

• Complete a Skills and Performance Assessment.

• Develop a PDP with advanced skills and performance goals.

• Track results in Improve’s performance dashboards.

One-on-One Meetings & Milestone Reviews

• Frequency: 9 meetings, 1 hour each, every 4 weeks.

• Purpose:

  1. Review PDP actions.

  2. Evaluate KPI improvements.

  3. Adjust learning path to meet evolving role demands.

9-Month Focus

• Build advanced job-related skills.
