It provides a structured Personal Development Plan (PDP), milestone tracking, and performance monitoring — but must be run in addition to a separate trainer-led program to ensure real-world application and measurable results.

Sales consultants at all experience levels, and sales managers who want immediate improvements in prospecting, closing, and client relationship skills.

What you can do

• Complete a 360° Sales Skills Assessment.

• Develop a PDP with high-priority sales goals and actions.

• Track progress and performance KPIs in Improve’s dashboards.

One-on-One Meetings & Milestone Reviews

• Frequency: 3 meetings, 1 hour each, every 4 weeks.

• Purpose:

  1. Review PDP actions and completed training.

  2. Assess KPI improvement.

  3. Adjust tactics for the next milestone period.

3-Month Focus

• Strengthen 2–3 priority sales skills.

• Improve conversion rates in active pipelines.

• Build habits for consistent sales execution.
