• Complete a 360° Leadership and Management Assessment.

• Use Improve’s dashboards to track both team and personal progress.

One-on-One Meetings & Milestone Reviews

• Frequency: 9 meetings, 1 hour each, every 4 weeks.

• Purpose:

  1. Measure progress vs PDP.

  2. Review KPI results.

  3. Adjust improvement strategies.
