The Employee Training Membership – 6 Months offers license-based access to the Improve system for sustained skill development. It uses a structured PDP, regular milestone tracking, and trainer support — delivered in addition to a trainer-led program.

Employees who want to broaden their competencies and improve performance over a longer period.

What you can do

• Complete a Skills and Performance Assessment.

• Create a PDP with medium-term performance goals.

• Monitor KPI improvements through Improve’s dashboards.

One-on-One Meetings & Milestone Reviews

• Frequency: 6 meetings, 1 hour each, every 4 weeks.

• Purpose:

  1. Review PDP actions.

  2. Track skill development and KPI progress.

  3. Adjust plans based on role requirements.

6-Month Focus

• Develop 4–5 key skills relevant to role requirements.

• Improve efficiency and quality of work.

• Build sustainable work habits.
