Employee Training Membership – 3 Months

License Access – Requires Separate Trainer-Led Program

What it is
The Employee Training Membership – 3 Months is a license-based access to the Improve system for employees who need targeted, short-term skill development. It provides assessments, a structured Personal Development Plan (PDP), and milestone tracking — but must be run in addition to a separate trainer-led program to ensure skills are applied in daily work.

Who it is for
Employees at all levels and across all departments who need rapid improvement in job-specific skills or performance.

What you can do

  • Complete a Skills and Performance Assessment.

  • Create a PDP with clear short-term goals and actions.

  • Track progress and performance KPIs in Improve’s dashboards.


One-on-One Meetings & Milestone Reviews

  • Frequency: 3 meetings, 1 hour each, every 4 weeks.

  • Purpose:

    1. Review PDP actions and skill improvements.

    2. Measure KPI progress.

    3. Adjust actions for the next milestone.


3-Month Focus

  • Improve 2–3 priority skills.

  • Apply new skills directly to daily tasks.

  • Show measurable improvements quickly.
