It includes a structured Personal Development Plan (PDP), milestone tracking, and KPI monitoring — but must be run in addition to a separate trainer-led program to ensure practical skill application.

Customer service representatives, service advisors, and technical support staff who need immediate results in client satisfaction, communication, and problem-solving.

What you can do

• Complete a 360° Service Skills Assessment.

• Create a PDP with short-term, high-impact service goals.

• Track KPI progress and service performance in Improve’s dashboards.

One-on-One Meetings & Milestone Reviews

• Frequency: 3 meetings, 1 hour each, every 4 weeks.

• Purpose:

  1. Review PDP actions and service performance.

  2. Assess improvements in customer satisfaction metrics.

  3. Adjust actions for the next period.

3-Month Focus

• Improve 2–3 priority service competencies.

• Enhance communication and problem resolution speed.

• Increase customer satisfaction scores quickly.
