We approach Trainings from the needs of the customer, putting them at the heart of the problems we solve and the opportunities we create.

We believe that the best products and services are the ones that are shaped by the people who use them. We take time to understand the business challenge or opportunity, and then we work iteratively to set goals, strategies and actions into place. We believe in 5 core steps:

In order to secure lasting impact we use a digital platform to manage trainings and performance implementation. Improve Systems has been developed for more than 20 years based on customer challenges, needs and input.

Step 1. Planning

First step is to plan Why, What and How to improve Performance.

In our project management module we set project name, start and end date, adding project steering group and participants, define project mission, vision and goals and finally system detects suitable surveys or profiles based on algorithm. We may also run development from scratch. Attached please find our “7 steps to success”; it starts out with an evaluation process finding our current performance level on a corporate, team or individual level. Based on this we analyze results, set clear goals and strategies and align actions to be taken.

Step 2. Execution

Next step is to execute actions.

This is often to be known as the hardest part. Based on our experiences; we have made this process ease of use. On Home Page our Improve Dashboard list out todays tasks and training and participants run and track performance. Training Diary page manage all trainings on a individual, team or corporate level.

Step 3. Follow up - Measure progress

Any process related to change and improvement needs a systematic approach to measure progress. Its vital to give sufficient feedback and follow up actions according to goals and objectives. Improve are making this process easier to manage.
